Provides a women's transitional home for safe housing with necessary supports to assist individuals with the progression to independent living. Polly's Place is a 6-month program with the option for an extension, if necessary.
Provides residential and case management services to young adults, ages 18-24 with developmental disabilities who are also the victims of crime. Service is provided for about one year while staff work to connect clients with necessary services and employment in the community.
Provides mothers with supportive housing and holistic care management, while helping to rebuild their family structure in order to achieve sobriety and independence. Children will be provided supportive services, such as family reunification and counseling, substance abuse intervention, after school tutoring and exposure to cultural arts.

Offers a facility with private rooms, ongoing medical supervision, medication management, meals, and coordination with local health care providers. Residents also receive intensive case management that includes submitting housing applications, benefits review, assistance to file for SSDI and to resolve barriers to self-sufficiency, healthcare enrollment, and rent/utility assistance.
