Provides housing and assistance with individual development in academics, career, life skills, financial literacy, job search, and mentoring for eligible individuals. Service includes room and board in a multi-room home setting with shared common space. Capacity is seven.
Provides extended shelter and supportive services for adults experiencing homelessness in Butler County, with the goal of helping them transition into permanent housing. Participants enter residential shelter and transition to group, then independent living arrangements during the program.
Permanent housing for low to moderate-income families and Veterans at risk of becoming homeless. Section 8 and VASH vouchers are accepted. Located on Youngstown's North Side.

Provides a residential recovery program for adults who are battling addictions or re-entering society after being released from prison. Two houses each have a full-time live-in Resident Advisor. The program use a faith-based foundation and each resident is required to set goals for themselves, including a personal goal, a recovery goal, a spiritual goal, and an employment goal. Residents are also required to attend support groups, counseling, and treatment outside of the house and to actively engage in in-home individual and group sessions. Housing is provided for program participants only.

30-unit apartment complex for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Preference is given for homeless individuals, but it is not mandatory for admittance. Each of the Apple Grove buildings has five one-bedroom apartments with a kitchen, bath, and living room/dining room combination. On-site community building provides an indoor recreation area, and ample outdoor space is also available for recreational programs. Community support services are provided to individuals by The Counseling Center.

Offers two facilities (one for men and the other for women) with private rooms, ongoing medical supervision, medication management, meals, and coordination with local health care providers. Residents also receive intensive case management that includes submitting housing applications, benefits review, assistance to file for SSDI and to resolve barriers to self-sufficiency, healthcare enrollment, and rent/utility assistance. Provides on-sight substance abuse/mental health assessment and treatment, support groups, and transportation to and from any needed medical or housing appointments.
Provides a 50 bed transitional housing program specifically designed for homeless veterans.

Assists runaway and homeless youth in Southeastern Ohio through a network of emergency shelters and short- and long-term housing programs. Each young person entering housing receives help with immediate needs followed by case management to help them move from volatile, unsafe living environments to more stable housing. There are no housing facilities in Fairfield Co. at this time but youth from the county are considered for the program.

Five classroom lessons cover goal setting, decision making, communicating, bonding and managing emotions. Students also participate in a community service project. The program runs from September to June.
