Women'S Center Dayton | Women'S Center-Dayton

Women’s Center–Dayton offers abortion alternatives including free pregnancy tests and ultrasound scans to those who qualify. Free and confidential consultations are provided to clients who are pregnant so can understand options: adoption, abortion, or parenting. Program provides a 24 hour helpline, free pregnancy test and assistance, free ultrasound, post-abortion support, information about abortion alternatives and mentoring services. Material assistance: free infant formula and diapers, baby and infant equipment. Quantities and ability to earn material assistance are determined by agency.

Kids Infant Safety Support Supplies (KISSS) | Greenleaf Family Center

Assists TANF-eligible families with infants who are aged birth through 3 years old with needed early childhood supplies to assist with their child's nutrition, health, and safety. This program can also assist with paying for one birth certificate for each person in the household, driver's license, and daycare registration, but assistance is limited. Examples of infant and safety items that can be provided include the following: - Bathtubs. - Cribs. - Cabinet locks and drawer locks. - First Aid Kit. - Outlet plugs. - Scalding detector. - Diapers, wipes, and formula. NOTE: This program is provided through a partnership with Summit County Job and Family Services.

Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP) | Jefferson County Community Action Council

Make the homes of income eligible participants more energy efficient. Insulates attics, blows cellulose into side walls, caulks windows and doors, and takes any other practical measures to minimize or stop cold air infiltration. Furnaces are checked and repaired or replaced under this program, as well.

Provides an opportunity to meet with an individual who will work with the person in need to choose clothing and household goods and to discuss other possible needs the person may have. Available clothing may include items for men, women, and children, shoes, coats and accessories. Functional household goods, toiletries, cleaning supplies, blankets, and necessities are also available. Childcare is not available at this time. No children in the center. No baby equipment is available.
