Provides information for the billing and revenue collection for water and sanitary sewer services. Also offers maintenance and repair of meters and water and sewer lines.

Operates a member-owned, member-controlled nonprofit electric distribution utility located in North Central Ohio.

Presides over: Mayor's office, municipally owned and operated water, sewer, and electric services; building and zoning permits; and Mayor's Court. Performs civil marriages in village hall or in the surrounding area.

Customer and Billing service center for the Water, Sewer and Sanitation Departments. The office processes applications for water or sewer service, processes payments, responds to customer inquiries, maintains both water and sewer system records, etc.

Responsible for billing and collecting water and sewer accounts, collection of parking citations, and other related City services. Water and sewer accounts can be paid in person at the Utility Collections Office by mail or by electronic funds transfer through a customer’s bank. Water and sewer accounts are billed monthly the greater of, the actual water that passes through the meter, or a minimum service fee if there is no usage. Operates and maintains the City of Fairborn's (only) underground water distribution pipes, valves, and fire hydrants. Operates the city's underground sanitary sewer system and pump stations. Maintains storm sewer pipes, storm inlets, and open drainage ditches. Operates and maintains the city's water treatment plant and well fields.

Provides the residents and businesses of Cuyahoga Falls with transmission and distribution of electricity.

Operates the city water and sewer departments for the city of Amherst. Bills water, sewer, and electric. Monitors water quality; reads meters; repairs water service lines, main lines, meters and hydrants. Provides residential and commercial water taps, manages the water tower and protects the resident’s overall water quality. Monitors sewage collection and flow, repairs and maintain sewer lines, monitors and maintains lift stations, and facilitates municipal sewage removal.

Provides the community with electric, water, and sewer services as well as maintenance of streets.
