The Probate Division has jurisdiction over will contest, sale of real estate, construction of will, determination of heirship, estate administrations, mental illness, minor settlements, name changes, testamentary trusts and transfer of structured settlements.

Probate Court is a division of the Court of Common pleas and is a petition filing office.

Accepts and files petitions related to probate of estates, wills or trusts, or guardianship/conservatorship issues.
