Free service provided by Domestic and Juvenile Division in conjunction with Capital University. It is intended for those who do not have financial resources to retain private counsel. Only assists with filing forms in the Domestic or Juvenile courts including complaints and motions for custody, complaints and answers for divorce, petitions for dissolution, motions to modify child support, post decree motions and more. Does not give legal advice. Only helps fill out paper work.
Orders investigations as part of divorce actions, custody evaluations, child visitation arrangements, marriage conciliations, and home studies upon request of the judge.
