May include filing motions, attachment of wages, seizing assets, professional license revocation, prosecution under felony criminal non-support laws, and other actions as required. Ohio law allows that either parent may request a review and modification of the support order every 36 months or earlier if either parent has been unemployed at no fault of their own for 30 consecutive days, experienced at least a 30% change in income (beyond their control) for a period of six months, or becomes permanently disabled.
