eBenefits is a portal; a central location for Veterans, Service Members, and their families to research, find, access, and, in time, manage their benefits and personal information. eBenefits offers: a personalized workspace called My Dashboard that provides quick access to eBenefits tools. Using eBenefits tools, you can complete various tasks. You can apply for benefits, download your DD 214, view your benefits status, in addition to other actions as needed. TMA manages the TRICARE health care program for active duty members and their families, retired service members and their families, National Guard/Reserve members and their families, survivors and others entitled to Department of Defense medical care.

Provides services such as explaining benefits, filling out forms, forwarding claims for processing and representing Veterans in appeals. Provides case management to Veterans, helping them screen and file for federal, state and county veterans' benefits as well as other social service benefits.

Assist veterans and families with transportation to Wade Park VA and Parma.

Service officers are available to assist the veteran or next of kin in obtaining lost documents needed to file for federal, state, or county benefits. These documents may include the DD form 214, discharge paperwork, marriage licenses, divorce decrees, birth certificates, and medical records. The office will not pay for any fees needed to obtain the document. Service Officers can also assist a veteran or their dependents in seeking copies of lost or destroyed medals.

Provides veteran support services including individual and family counseling and treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder; coordinates support groups for Vietnam and Vietnam era and later veterans and for their significant others; makes referrals for needed professional services. Also offers bereavement counseling.

Provides veterans and their families assistance in obtaining benefits.

Assists veterans who are attempting to obtain or are receiving benefits from the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs. Provide temporary financial assistance to honorably discharged veterans, spouse or qualified dependents in need. Transportation for eligible veterans to and from medical appointments at the Cleveland VA Medical Center and the Youngstown VA Clinic.

Provides state and nationally trained and accredited Veterans Service Officers. Answers questions and assists with filing claims and paperwork. Can also issue a State of Ohio Veterans Honorably Discharged Identification Card.
