Provides information, advice, or representation to low income individuals with legal problems including consumer debt collection, domestic violence, divorce, child support, education issues (involving discrimination, student enrollment or suspension, and special services), eviction and other housing problems, federal tax controversies, healthcare, healthcare advance directives, financial powers of attorneys, simple wills, public benefits, sealing an adult criminal record, and social security/SSI.

Provides legal advice, document preparation, and full representation for older adults. Assists with Durable Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, divorce, and some guardianships and conservatorships.

Handles marriage licenses, regular guardianships, the establishment of decedents' wills, the settlement of decedents' estates, and decisions relating to the administration of the estates of minors and individuals judged to be incompetent to manage their own affairs.

Provides a variety of services that enable individuals to remain independent and cared for at home. Included are planning for families with a member who requires an increased/increasing level of care; recommendations and referrals to address problem areas; counseling to deal with life change, loss, anxiety and depression; physical, occupational, or speech therapy; skilled home nursing; personal emergency response systems that alert a remote agency when someone has fallen and requires assistance. Service includes caregiver training.

Provides the following legal services for low-income clients with elder law issues: Wills, advance directives, and estate planning, Healthcare; elder abuse, grandparent custody, consumer problems, and other issues for seniors.

Allows individuals to record living wills and durable power of attorney for health care with the office to ensure that documents will be available to family members, if the need arises.

Ensures that the assets of a deceased person are collected, maintained, and properly distributed among their heirs, beneficiaries, and / or creditors according to the will of the decedent and the laws of the State of Ohio.
