Specialized in the areas of: - Age discrimination. - Consumer fraud. - Estate planning and management. - Living trusts. - Trust administration. - Probate. - Property law. - Retirement planning. - Pension benefits. - Social Security benefits. - Medicaid and Medicare. - Disability planning - Long-term care alternatives. - Health care decisions. - Elder abuse. - Guardianships. - Conservatorships.
Provides limited, low cost legal assistance. Can provide defense in limited criminal matters including vacating pending traffic violations, managing misdemeanors, or dealing with probation or low-level felony warrants. Provides help with sealing of criminal records/expungement (and in some cases may be able to lessen or remove some penalties). Provides help with lawsuits arising from credit disputes, civil actions, and home foreclosures. Assists with the preparation of simple wills and assistance with some probate matters. Does not assist in criminal cases where a public defender or private lawyer will handle the case (most cases in common pleas court or municipal courts), unless its related to a Motion to seal or "expunge" or a motion to vacate capias (vacate an outstanding arrest warrant). Does not represent individuals in the following types of cases: civil litigation, workers comp, bankruptcy, eviction, divorce/dissolution/child support, and/or administrative appeals.
