Offers a free educational development program for children from low-income homes and children with disabilities. Provides education, health services, nutritional services, mental health services, pre and post-natal services, and special needs services. Offers both full day and half day classes are available.
Provides a collaborative preschool program in 11 school districts. Offers integrated classrooms that includes children with a wide range of developmental levels. A limited number of children ages 3-5 who are functioning at age expected levels may attend as peer models or "classmates." Each integrated classroom has eight preschool children with disabilities and eight children as peer models. Class size doesn't exceed 16 children per teacher.
