Provides students the opportunity to prepare for careers based in manual or practical activities, related to a specific trade, occupation or vocation. Programs offered include Automotive Technology, Biotechnology, Cosmetology, Audio Visual Production, Criminology, Health Science, Culinary,Sports Medicine & Exercise, Education, Cyber Security, Marketing.

Offers learning opportunities for adults who are making a career change, developing additional skills for their current job, or working to move up in their field. Includes full-time career training programs, technology skills, health occupation training, and industrial skills.

Provides skill training, vocational classes, basic education for adults, and GED preparation; continuous enrollment offered for adult basic education.

Provides a work-study program for eligible students. Students attend regular classes as scheduled as well as working at an on-the-job assignment for the remainder of the day (or on weekends) as scheduled. Credit is given for both academic and work performance. The minimum work commitment is 5 days, 15hrs. each week.

Adult Diploma Program Options: Customer & Office Support Technologies (C.O.S.T.), Dental Assisting, Nail Technician, Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), Gas Metal Arc (Mig) Welding, Construction and Welding Fundamentals, and Precision Machining/CNC Technology. Short-term workforce/personal interest classes for quick skills or just for recreation. Customized training services for employers, businesses, and organizations.

Offers State Tested Nursing Assistant Program, Medication Aide Program, American Heart BLS CPR/First Aide classes, and MRDD Medication Certification.

Serves as an extension of Coventry, Green, Manchester, and Springfield High Schools. Offers students a variety of Career Pathways and programs. A Career Pathway is a series of academic and technical career-focused coursework and other educational learning experiences leading to a career specialty and employment in a career field. Pathways facilitate a seamless transition from high school to postsecondary education (including apprenticeships, adult education, two- and four-year colleges and graduate school) and from postsecondary education to the workplace.

Provides vocational training for 11th and 12th grade students in parts of Montgomery, Preble, Darke, and Miami Counties.

Programs focus on leadership and character development, career exploration, community service, STEM education, environmental conservation and health and fitness.

Provides career/technical education programs to age-eligible youth enrolled in participating school districts. Programs include, but are not limited to, health careers, early childhood education, hospitality industry, sports and exercise science, automotive technology, cosmetology, computer information technology, carpentry, building maintenance, construction, culinary arts, and welding fabrication.

Offers comprehensive employment services including vocational evaluation, career exploration, occupational skills training, job readiness, job finding assistance and soft skills training.

Provides vocational education in either construction skills or State Tested Nursing certification in addition to receiving credits towards a high school degree or GED prep lessons. Program may offer stipends and assists with connecting to other local resources.

Lancaster High School and Stanbery School both offer vocation and career option programs.

Offers vocational development program for high school students with emotional and social barriers to employment. Program helps students make successful transitions from school to work through career exploration activities and assistance in securing and retaining employment.
