Plants new trees, prunes and removes hazardous trees on city property. Maintains trees and landscaping in parks and other city property. Residents may request a tree be planted on the tree lawn in front of their house. Will manage storm damage cleanup when streets are blocked by storm debris.
Gives the opportunity for civic organizations, businesses, and individuals to volunteer to clean up a two (2) mile stretch of highway or an interchange at least four (4) times a year for two (2) years. The volunteer group is recognized with a sign along its section of the road.
