Offers 4 outpatient pavilions. Rehabilitation Pavilion includes: physical therapy, occupational therapy, industrial medicine, and speech & hearing services. Women's and Children's Pavilion includes: general health care, pediatrics,child care, obstetrics (normal and high risk), family planning, gynecology, comprehensive health care for teen mothers and child, fetal diagnostic center, physicals, dermatology, asthma management, hearing and vision testing, eating disorder evaluation, assists with smoking cessation, and provides immunizations for Hepatitis B, Varicella, MMR, and Tetanus. Specialty Services Pavilion includes: cardiology, orthopedics, rheumatology, geriatrics, gastroenterology, neurology, ophthalmology, dermatology, nutrition, and ENT. Cancer Care Pavilion includes: chemotherapy and radiation therapy as well as other aspects of cancer care. Also located in the Outpatient Plaza is the pharmacy, which can fill prescriptions written by any Metro doctor.

Care Consultation is a free personalized service helping families address issues that arise from Alzheimer's disease or other related dementias that can be requested by care partners/caregivers, persons living with dementia or community professionals. An individual action plan is created that can contain disease education, a safety plan, stress reduction, and any referrals to community resources needed.

The Central Ohio Breast and Cervical Cancer Project is based out of Licking County Health Department, but serves 14 counties: Union, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Franklin, Pickaway, Fayette, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Knox, Richland, Ashland, and Logan. BCCP promotes the early identification of breast and cervical cancer with a goal of improving outcomes and reducing deaths due to these cancers. The BCCP is a statewide, high-quality breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic program offered at no cost to eligible women in Ohio. Eligible women will be scheduled for services with providers in their area.
Provides TB testing. If an abnormality is detected in screenings, child is referred to his/her primary care physician or the family is provided with names of three physicians in the area if no primary care physician is already in place. No treatment is prescribed.
Offers hearing aid services and free hearing screenings for individuals experiencing any type of hearing loss.
Offers HIV testing to determine if an individual has been infected with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and is at risk for developing AIDS (acquired immune deficiency syndrome). Testing and results are confidential.
Routine health care provided by internists, pediatricians, OB/GYN, substance use and mental health services, clinical pharmacy, nutrition, geriatric and preventative medicine physicians. Services focus on the prevention and early detection of health problems through regular physical examinations, blood pressure checks, immunizations and other similar procedures. This site also provides COVID-19 testing and vaccines for 6 months to adults, vision (including dispensary) and dental services.

It may require a call to their Painesville office, but staff will be available.
