Provides a variety of services that cover women's health concerns, including screening for bone density (osteoporosis), breast exams, pap smears, obstetrics/gynecological services, pregnancy testing, birth control, midwifery, and prenatal care. Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases is also offered.

Providing application for eye exams and eye glasses voucher through Prevent Blindness of Ohio. Serving both adults and children.

Provides a full range of primary medical care for adults and children. Services include routine and acute medical services, general physicals, and health screenings including Pap tests and STD testing. Also provides behavioral counseling, dental care, and eye care services. Behavioral health services provided by Coleman Health Services.

Offers fire protection, emergency medical services, and fire prevention education. Provides open burn permits. Offers CPR, Automated Defibrillator (AED), and First Aid training throughout the year, and provides carbon monoxide testing. Speaks to local groups, businesses, and schools about fire prevention. Provides blood pressure screening and may provide smoke detectors and installation as long as supplies are available. Also provides lock boxes to older adults and persons with disabilities; box contains a house key so that emergency personnel do not have to break the door down when responding to a call. Provides special signs so that emergency personnel may see addresses better.

Serves all ages providing complete audiology support by licensed Doctors of Audiology. Services include hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, tinnitus treatment, and rehabilitative services while offering the latest in hearing aid technology. Cochlear implant services are available through our Cochlear Implant Therapy Program.

Provides rapid tests to pick-up for at-home COVID-19 testing. Limited to 4 tests per person.

Provides comprehensive eye care services, including eye exams, prescriptions for corrective lenses, screening for a variety of eye diseases, and surgery and treatments to deal with those conditions. Specializes in treating macular degeneration.

Services offered: HIV testing; HIV test education; HIV referrals. Rapid HIV testing can be done with a blood sample taken from a finger stick. The results are available in 10-40 minutes. HIV counseling and treatment referral services are available. Counseling and anonymous (without your name) or confidential (private) testing for HIV are provided by trained staff who are sensitive to your needs and concerns. Results must be given in person.

Provides ongoing primary care, sports and work physicals, childhood immunizations, annual exams for men and women, disease and condition screenings, prenatal care and sick care for adults, children and infants. Dental, Nutrition, Spiritual, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Behavioral Health, Vision and Pharmacy care are available for Primary Care patients. Referrals can be made for specialty care and specialty pharmacy.

Provides a student-run clinic which offers hearing and speech screening, assessment and therapy for the public and the college community. Students are closely supervised by licensed and certified speech-language pathologists.

Signature Health offers free, confidential HIV and Hepatitis C testing.

COVID-19 Temporary Message: Signature Health is continuing to offer all services. There are doctors, counselors, case managers, and supervisors on site every day. Hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Telehealth will be used as much as possible. Anyone who enters the building will have their temperature taken. Routine health care provided by internists, pediatricians, OB/GYN, substance use and mental health services, clinical pharmacy, nutrition, geriatric and preventative medicine physicians. Services focus on the prevention and early detection of health problems through regular physical examinations, blood pressure checks, immunizations and other similar procedures. This site also provides COVID-19 testing and vaccines for 6 months to adults, vision (including dispensary) and dental services.

Provides OB/GYN care, contraceptive counseling, emergency contraception, birth control, pregnancy testing, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment and HIV testing.

Offers care for urology problems, including prostate disorders, kidney disease; testicular, bladder, prostate, adrenal and kidney cancer; bladder control; sexual dysfunction/impotence; male infertility;chronic urinary tract infections and obstructions; pediatric urology; kidney and pancreas transplantation; kidney stones; and laparoscopic surgery.
