Provides Certified Nurse Midwives to offer pregnancy, post-partum and miscarriage care, with the goal of improving overall health. Midwives attend births at Fairview Hospital to provide Birth and Doula support. Midwives also provide: pelvic exams, PAP tests, breast exams and scheduling of routine mammograms, family planning including birth control and emergency contraception, treatment of other concerns like yeast infections, sexually transmitted diseases, irregular periods, PMS, sexual health, menopause care and support for women dealing with depression and partner/domestic violence, a nurse advice line, 24 hour provider coverage, breastfeeding and lactation support and consultation, free pregnancy tests, and same day and evening appointments.

Walk-in urgent care center. Also does physicals and immunizations. Most commonly seen illnesses include: Colds and flu Asthma Respiratory infections Sinus infections Cuts and scrapes Migraines Burns Rashes Broken bones Sprains and strains Urinary tract infections Sore throat Sexually transmitted diseases

Provides a general eye examination. Glass vouchers are provided by Ohio Prevent Blindness. Must meet 2 criteria. Most clients will be eligible for a free eyewear voucher.

Provides gynecology, obstetrics, family planning, mammograms, bone density tests, and confidential pregnancy testing (blood test). Offers several different classes for expecting parents or for those taking care of a baby. Also offers classes for new dads, new grandparents, new parents Lamaze (prepared childbirth), and siblings, as well as other classes that focus on topics such as early pregnancy, breastfeeding, childbirth for teens, and a childbirth refresher.

Provides a women's clinic staffed by residents, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives who offer obstetrics, gynecology (OB/GYN) and family planning services for women. Licensed midwives and physicians provide childbirth education and health care services for pregnant women during pregnancy and delivery. Offers pregnancy tests, pap tests, birth control, and STD testing. Also offers a fitness program to encourage bone density and nutrition services. Provides clients supportive services including social work and nutrition services.

Provides on site hearing and speech/language screenings for children ages 3 to 6 years old. School screenings are for children ages 6 years and older.

Provides free HIV testing and Hepatitas C. Results are provided within 20 minutes.

Provide prescribing and monitoring of psychotropic medications by a Physician Assistant under the supervision of a Physician.

Services offered: HIV testing. Rapid HIV testing can be done with a blood sample taken from a finger stick. The results are available in 10-40 minutes. Confidential (private) testing for HIV are provided by trained staff who are sensitive to your needs and concerns. Results must be given in person.

Provides harm reduction items that decrease the chance of opiate overdose and that may prevent illness such as HIV. Includes naloxone distribution kits, HIV testing materials, fentanyl test strips, condoms, and more.

Provides consultation with a registered dietitian who is also a certified diabetes educator. Service includes one-on-one teaching of meal planning, diet modification, and weight control.

Provides fire services for the residents and businesses of Bedford. Provides smoke detectors and batteries, offers blood pressure screening, CPR and AED training, carbon monoxide checks, fire extinguisher classes, fire safety inspections, car seat inspections and fire prevention information.

Offers confidential HIV / AIDS / STD testing, and provides HIV / AIDS / STD prevention supplies and information. Also provides primary care services and case management for those who are HIV positive or have AIDS.
