Special attention is paid to diseases prevalent in the Amish community. Speakers are available for any civic, church, community, or professional groups, and a newsletter is published twice a year.

The Autism Society impacts local, state and federal public policy and increases awareness about day-to-day issues and promotes research that leads to applied practices to improve the quality of life for those living with autism.
