Provides enrollment counseling for MyCare Ohio, Ohio's Integrated Care Delivery System (ICDS) administered by the Ohio Dept of Medicaid. MyCare Ohio is a managed care plan selected by the state of Ohio to coordinate the physical, behavioral and long-term care services for individuals who are eligible for both Medicaid and Medicare. Enrollment is mandatory for people who are 18 or older, reside in Ohio and currently receive services from both Medicaid and Medicare.

Assists clients who are over the age of 60 determine which kind of supplemental insurance best fits their need when they become eligible for Medicare. Also keeps clients informed of other programs and services available in Preble County including Social Security, home loans, and other information of interest to seniors.

OSHIP certified volunteer and staff counselors assist people with enrollment for Medicare Part D, Rx plans, and offers comparisons for supplemental policies and Advantage plans. Notary is also available.
