Comprehensive assessments are performed and referrals to services are made based on that assessment. Programs include Medicare, Medicaid, utility, and housing forms assistance when needed.

Provides enrollment counseling for MyCare Ohio, Ohio's Integrated Care Delivery System (ICDS) administered by the Ohio Dept of Medicaid. MyCare Ohio is a managed care plan selected by the state of Ohio to coordinate the physical, behavioral and long-term care services for individuals who are eligible for both Medicaid and Medicare. Enrollment is mandatory for people who are 18 or older, reside in Ohio and currently receive services from both Medicaid and Medicare.

Also keeps clients informed of other programs and services available in Preble County including Social Security, home loans, and other information of interest to seniors.

Provides various programs from breastfeeding support, WIC programs, tobacco cessation/education and birth control counseling, and blood tests.

Provides information and counseling on navigating the Medicare system including through a beginners workshop.

Help in understanding and dealing with Medicare is available through the Clinic. Medicare consultations are led by OSHIIP certified counselors.
