Incontinence supplies (adult diapers) are available on a limited basis in various sizes.

This is not a service of any particular agency. This has been added in order to provide information on how customers may request help from their home medical equipment or home care provider. If a customer is unable to pay for necessary items due to low-income or financial hardship, some medical equipment suppliers provide a process for reducing costs on durable medical items and supplies. This may help with equipment such as: oxygen tanks, wheelchairs, commodes, lifts, hospital beds, medical monitoring equipment, adult diapers, etc. In some cases, the supplier will first attempt to match the client with existing programs or benefits. If the client is already covered by some type of benefit or program, supplier will see if there is a way to have the items covered under the plan. If the client is found to be ineligible for any existing benefits or programs, but meet certain criteria (which varies from company-to-company), all or part of the customer's debt may be forgiven or a lower cost may be negotiated. Does not help with syringes.

Provides funding for services/supports to persons eligible for Board of Developmental Disabilities (DD) services who live at home with their families or on their own. Types of eligible supports include camp assistance, home modifications, recreation, special equipment, specialized nutrition, and incontinence supplies.

Provides necessary home healthcare equipment and supplies that are required by people who are coping with the effects of a chronic health condition or disability or are convalescing following surgery or illness. Offers respiratory aids and oxygen, nutritional supplements and equipment, hygiene supplies, aerosol medication supplies and equipment, sleep apnea equipment, surgical supports, ambulatory equipment, non-ambulatory equipment including lift chairs, hospital beds, and equipment repairs. Offers home delivery.

Provides assistance in obtaining necessary supplies and equipment to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities and individuals who are seriously ill.

Provides diapers, wipes, adult incontinence supplies, and menstrual supplies to individuals and families in need. - Supplies are provided by the Heart of Ohio Diaper Bank.

The Health & Wellness Ministry provides incontinence supplies and nutritional supplement drinks to seniors and those in need.

Offers walkers, canes, wheelchairs, shower seats and incontinence supplies. Call for availability.

Deliveries can be made within ten miles of the approved selected pick up location. Items eligible for delivery include food, household and personal hygiene products, holiday baskets/gifts, pet food, clothing, school supplies, and medical supplies. Callers should also be offered other resources for transportation based on eligibility.

Give Medical Ministry collects and loans medical equipment and supplies, such as incontinence supplies (bedding protection, other garments, control devices.alarms). Availability depends on donations.

Items available vary, but will generally have walkers, wheelchairs (power and manual), toilet seats, bedside commodes, incontinence supplies (adult diapers, bedding protection, etc.), glucose monitors, crutches, 4-prong canes and bath seats. Items can be borrowed for as long as an individual may need the item. Return of item(s) is encouraged; however, not required.
