Our medical providers offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services to patients to reduce the likelihood of contracting HIV. Our providers are also trained in providing Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) an emergency-based treatment for the prevention of HIV after possible exposure has occurred. Hiv Sub-Grantee For Lorain County | Family Planning Services Of Lorain County

Provides pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to patients at risk for HIV to prevent getting HIV from sex or injection drug use. Also provides post-exposure prophylas (PEP) for individuals who have possibly been exposed to HIV. It is only for emergency situations. PEP must be started within 72 hours after a possible exposure to HIV
