Provides nutrition education, breastfeeding education and support; supplemental, highly nutritious foods such as cereal, eggs, cheese, milk, whole grain foods, fruits and vegetables, and iron-fortified infant formula which are provided on a WIC Nutrition EBT Card. Also provides referrals to prenatal and pediatric health care and other maternal and child health and human service programs. The WIC Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) is a dual purpose program which benefits both WIC participants and farmers. In the program, WIC participants are given $30 in coupons to purchase authorized fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs from authorized farmers at farmers' markets and farm stands.

Breast pumps are provided through every insurance company through the ACA. We provide information, education, and supprt (tips and tricks) on how to use breast pumps for any mothers.

Provide weekly abundant Season Pantry Services, which includes fresh fruits, vegetables, proteins, and more. We provide baby supplies for mothers and parents including diapers, wipes, breast pumps, and other baby supplies. We provide toiletries (soap, toothbrush toothpaste). We provide crisis support when budget permits such as eviction support, utility bill pay.
