Skilled Nursing facility provides Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. Therapists see patients within the first 24 hours after admission. They allow the opportunity to give patients time to get acclimated to the new surroundings, gain rest after the transition, and permit nurses the appropriate amount of time necessary to gain all clinical information through assessments. Daily therapy varies based on physicians orders from the hospital and to what extent the patient is able to participate.
