The Employment Services program offers a broad range of assessment, training and job placement services and provide on-on-one support to reach personal employment goals. Work Assessments offer opportunities for "job tryouts" with community-based employers to determine areas of interest and existing skill sets. Job Development focuses on the outcome of community job placement. Individuals may receive assistance with resume development, interview proficiency, job search techniques and employer advocacy. Job Coaching assists individuals to develop the skills to be successful in community employment by offering supplemental training and oversight to solidify job performance. Transition Services assist students, ages 14-22, with preparation for employment via career exploration and job readiness training. Job club, Summer Youth and Project SEARCH programs were designed specifically to achieve the employment goals of students transitioning into the workforce. We also provide Job Readiness and Career Exploration classes for Jr. High and High School students from throughout our service area.

Offers a residential career development program for high school and college students. An individualized plan is developed for each student based on an assessment of their daily living, social, technological and vocational skills and interests. Students participate in a paid, part-time work experience. Areas of work include inventory control, greeting visitors, retail sales, housekeeping, and clerical and special projects.

Offers a variety of employment services with a focus on job placement for new workers, job retention for those currently employed, and career mobility for others.

Provides assessment to identify the individual's academic and vocational capabilities. Participants complete a variety of pencil and paper, computerized or simulated activities to determine their work kills, transferable skills, aptitudes, academic abilities and interests. A written report is forwarded to the client's referral source.

Provides vocational evaluation, counseling, and placement in any job. Length of program is tailored to individual's needs. Remedial training and specific skills training are available if necessary, and job retention support is also given.

Provides assistance in skills assessment, resume writing, and finding employment spouses of active duty military & civilians.

Provides career-technical education and training for students. Students enter the Career Pathways program and take classes that are career-focused, but also prepares students for college and other post-secondary options. Offers classes in a variety of fields such as business, culinary arts, education, industrial and engineering, medical management, automotive, and technology.

Provides training for careers and a wide range of work-related classes for youth. Offerings include courses in animal care, floral design, greenhouse production and landscape mechanics. Business career training includes professional administrative technology for careers in medical/legal technology (some with college credit classes), computer instruction for business-related careers, marketing technology, and training in culinary arts. Also does assessments of youth for career and technical activities, including assessments and services for youth with disabilities who are transitioning from school to work.

Provides vocational education, career information, and vocational assessment for youth who reside in the communities that make up the school district. Offers programs in areas of study such as engineering, automotive, cosmetology, computer technology, health occupations, culinary arts, greenhouse and landscaping, early childhood education, marketing, etc. Also offers opportunities for students to gain work experience.

Provides acute rehabilitation services a 44 bed inpatient rehab unit as well as outpatient services. Offers physical, occupational, speech, vocational, and recreational therapies.
