Offers a call in program to check on the safety of older adults, those with disabilities, and those who are homebound. Participants call in each day by a specified time. If the call is not made, someone will try to reach the participant by phone. In some cases, safety forces will be sent to the resident's home.

Offer "Check In" program where seniors decide what time and day they will call and check in with the Police Department; "Elderly Call" program where senior is part of Police Department's daily call list. If call is missed in either program, an officer will either call senior or visit them to make sure everything is alright; and "Senior Watch" program where Police or a volunteer will visit senior once a week (or more) to check on their welfare.

The Troy Fire Department offers a daily check-in service for senior and/or disabled individuals and individuals with special needs. The individual calls in daily, if they do not call, then the Fire Department will call you. If there is no answer, they will visit and check in with you.

Offers a program which allows the Valley City Fire Department to check in on individuals regularly through phone calls.

Uses a computer generated call system to contact elderly individuals on a regular basis to check on their safety. Clients receive a call at a pre designated time each day (once or twice a day). If client does not respond, someone is sent to check on the individual. Seeks to ensure the safety of older adults, especially those who live alone.

This service includes management of a home delivered meal program, telassurance, public benefits assistance, housing placement assistance, friendly visiting, and assessments
