Offers free telephone reassurance to seniors 50 and older. Volunteers call and check on seniors on a daily basis.
Maintains a list of names, addresses, and phone numbers of elderly and/or disabled people who need telephone reassurance. Establishes a time for participants to call the dispatcher each day.
Provides police protection services for the City of Brook Park. Also maintains police records and reports, participates in arraignment/prosecuting procedures, and assists in reporting a missing person. Also offers the are You Okay program which p\Provides telephone calls to check on the welfare of eligible individuals. If no answer, emergency contact will be called, and if necessary a car will be sent to the resident''s address with possible entry to the home if injury is suspected.

Provides an automated phone call prompting the party on the other line to say hello, and press a button when prompted to ensure they are ok at that time of the call. This can be a daily phone call.
Offers long-term and temporary safety monitoring telephone service for older adults. Daily system-generated calls are placed everyday to clients' homes. After several unsuccessful attempts, an authorized party will be notified.
Provides a number of programs designed to provide safety and awareness to the community. Includes a neighborhood watch, child safety seat check, gun locks and vacation house checks.

Vacation Security Checks
Provides a program to check the welfare of the citizens. Program checks-in on elderly and homebound residents via a system of computer-generated calls. The computer will call a subscriber's phone at a predetermined time, if there is no answer the software prompts the computer to place another call, if that one is not answered the computer will call a designated person. If there is still no answer the computer will generate a report to the dispatcher. A paramedic and/or a Xenia police officier would then be dispatched to the residence.

Offers a call in program to check on the safety of older adults, those with disabilities, and those who are homebound. Participants call in each day by a specified time. If the call is not made, someone will try to reach the participant by phone. In some cases, safety forces will be sent to the resident's home.
The Troy Fire Department offers a daily check-in service for senior and/or disabled individuals and individuals with special needs. The individual calls in daily, if they do not call, then the Fire Department will call you. If there is no answer, they will visit and check in with you.
Outreach services provide older adults with the assistance needed to access the human services system and provide linkage between client and needed services. This service includes management of a home delivered meal program, telassurance, public benefits assistance, housing placement assistance, friendly visiting, and assessments
