Faith Mission's Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) helps and supports low-income veterans who are either at risk or homeless. This program focuses on preventing homelessness and ensures housing stability for veterans and their families within the community.

Offers authorization of diagnostic services to evaluate or develop a plan of treatment for children with suspected handicapping conditions and treatment services for children with medically eligible conditions.

Assists in developing a collaborative plan of action for multi-need children and adolescents upon referral. A child may be considered a multi-need child if he/she is involved or eligible for involvement with more than one FCF involved agency (BDD, Juvenile Court, mental health or substance abuse services, among others.) Secondary services such as peer support partners, respite care, intensive home-based services, in home support services may be available to children that are active in Service Coordination.

Develops teams of professional and personal family supports to assist families in developing a plan and finding services for children who have needs in multiple social service systems including mental health, child services, health, juvenile court, school systems and the Department of Developmental Disabilities.

They are professionals who have aging-related expertise and are familiar with services available to the older adult and others facing ongoing health challenges.
