The Visitation Center provides a safe and friendly setting in which court-ordered supervised visits and exchanges may take place for families in need due to such issues as: child abuse/ neglect investigation, child custody issues, a protection/restraining order, or other safety, mental health or legal issues.

The facility includes 4 visitation rooms with living room furniture, toys, games, books and crafts.

Provides supervised visitation for parents and children along with monitored exchanges for families exchanging children for their parenting time. These visitations can be court ordered or personal parent choice.

The Buckeye Ranch Visitation and Exchange Program, known as "Common Ground", offers families a comfortable and reassuring atmosphere in which safe, structured, and neutral visitation and safe exchanges can be provided. Families from all walks of life are ordered to have visitation and exchanges for various reasons. The Buckeye Ranch Visitation and Exchange Program offers the following services: Supervised Visitation – On-site visitations with a trained monitor who is present with the child(ren) at all times. Monitored Visitation – On-site monitored visitation with a trained monitor who assists, when needed, and periodically checks in on the visitation. Safe Exchanges - On-site supervised exchange of child(ren) between custodial and non-custodial parents/parties.
