Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio (Habitat MidOhio) is part of an international organization that builds houses in partnership with low-income families. Habitat MidOhio is committed to providing opportunities for central Ohio families (Franklin, Licking and Madison Counties) to live in homes that are safe, decent, and affordable. Through our Neighborhood Revitalization efforts and partnership with donors, volunteers, and the community we offer two main programs to accomplish this goal: our homeownership program for first-time homeowners and our home repair program for current homeowners. Habitat MidOhio works with lending partners to provide affordable mortgage options based on income. Our home repair program that allows families to maintain homeownership through affordable home repairs. We serve Franklin, Licking and Madison counties. Currently Madison County is only available for home repairs (no homeownership opportunities at this time).
