Adult Mental Health Services | Signature Health

Mental health support and treatment services, including: individual, family, and couples therapy, psychiatric services, and case management services.

Program also offers various therapy groups, such as: Anger Management, Living with My Illness, Love and Logic Parenting group, HIV Positive group, and others. Call for more information.

COVID-19 Temporary Message: Signature Health is continuing to offer all services. There are doctors, counselors, case managers, and supervisors on site every day. Hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Telehealth will be used as much as possible. Individual counseling is provided via telehealth for those who have the capability. Patients who walk in can use a SH tablet to talk with their counselor. If absolutely necessary they will be seen in person. Case managers are available remotely and a Walk-In Case Manager is on site every day. New assessments are being conducted by phone or via telehealth (secure video). Those who are unable to participate in telephonic group (conference call), will receive individual counseling. Anyone who enters the building will have their temperature taken. If someone brings a patient/client they will be asked to wait outside.

Healthy Ways For Adolescents | National Youth Advocate Program

Works with youth that have sexualized behaviors. Typically these children are ages 6-12 but they can be slightly younger or older. Children will meet with an individual therapist weekly or bi-weekly for individual counseling and may include family counseling and treatment.

Another Chance I.H.S. | Zion Baptist Church

Provides a residential recovery program for adults who are battling addictions or re-entering society after being released from prison. Two houses each have a full-time live-in Resident Advisor. The program use a faith-based foundation and each resident is required to set goals for themselves, including a personal goal, a recovery goal, a spiritual goal, and an employment goal. Residents are also required to attend support groups, counseling, and treatment outside of the house and to actively engage in in-home individual and group sessions. Housing is provided for program participants only.

Free Care Program | Helping Hands Health And Wellness Center

The Free Care Program offers free family medicine and social services care. Accept patients until capacity is reached and offers additional services such as diabetes screenings, hypertension screenings and treatment, vision screenings, laboratory services, prescription services, specialty referrals, spiritual care, dental referrals, and chiropractic care. We do not serve individuals under age 18.

Project Uplift (AS OF DEC 2019) | Epilepsy Foundation Of Ohio

Project UPLIFT is an internet and telephone program using cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to treat depression in people with epilepsy. Depression is one of the most common psychiatric disorders among people with epilepsy. A review of studies shows that between 32-48% of people living with epilepsy also suffer from depression, impacting quality of life and family functioning more even than seizure frequency. Project UPLIFT was created to help people better understand and cope with depression. The program is led by a Foundation staff person and a person living with epilepsy.
