Mental illness is a complex group of conditions that affect a person’s mood, thinking, and behavior. In our outpatient programs, we treat the following illnesses: Depression Anxiety PTSD Bipolar Disorder Borderline Personality Disorder Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Dual Diagnosis for Co-Occurring Disorders Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that addresses your needs and all of your symptoms. What Does Help Look Like We offer a wide range of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness training, family education and counseling, and fitness and wellness education. When you’re in outpatient mental health treatment, whether you are stepping down from inpatient care or beginning treatment as an outpatient, your plan will include one of two programs. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) For people who need to maintain a work, home, or school schedule, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers comprehensive outpatient services in a day or evening format. Typically, this program lasts two to four weeks and meets five to six days a week. You’ll participate in several sessions each day, including individual, group, and family therapy. You’ll also have opportunities to enjoy our beautiful grounds and take part in holistic activities like yoga, music, and art. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Your treatment plan may include our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which meets three to five days a week for a minimum of nine hours per week. This program offers group and family therapy, as well as medication management, skill development, and long-term recovery planning. Before you complete the program, we’ll make sure that any ongoing treatment you need is aligned with your aftercare provider. Some of the discussion areas for outpatient mental health treatment include triggers and warning signs, self-identity and self-esteem, coping skills, relapse stages and prevention, and understanding emotions and moods.

Child and Adolescent behavioral health services offering 24 hour a day 7 day a week no cost assessments. Provides inpatient hospitalization, outpatient services, day treatment program and residential treatment services for children ages 5-18 years. In operation for over 25 years, providing comprehensive behavioral health services.

Provides short-term care for children and adolescents who are at risk of harming themselves or others, who are experiencing acute thought difficulties or who are in need of detoxification from illicit substances. Partial hospitalization provides sessions that allow children and adolescents with various diagnoses to obtain education and treatment for mental conditions and substance abuse. This program is also used to help in the transition from inpatient care or when 24-hour supervision is not required.

Provides stabilization for adults ages 18 and up during crisis, assisting in providing a higher level of functioning.

Provides in-patient care for psychiatric services for referred patients

We provide inpatient and outpatient mental health services to those that are suicidal, homicidal, dual diagnosis or experiencing acute or severe behavioral changes.We have state tested nursing aides, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy available to meet individualized needs.

Provides health assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
