A 24-hour residential facility with the capacity to evaluate and treat psychiatric emergencies and provide respite care. Services provided include: Assessment and treatment planning, Therapy services, Case Management to address daily living skills, Housing Support and community linkage, Vocational Preparation, Crisis situation support, Medical and Nursing including: Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners to provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment medication management.

Provides a 24-hour peer-staffed non-medical respite care residential facility to support individuals under emotional distress while addressing their basic needs. Maximum residential stay is 7 days. Recovery Coaches are individuals living in recovery from mental health and/or addiction and assist guests through distressing circumstances by using their own lived experiences.

Provides a temporary 15-bed Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) for clients who have serious mental illnesses and are experiencing a psychiatric crisis or need medication stabilization but are not admitted to an inpatient facility. The average length of stay is one week, after which the client's case manager or unit social workers will help to link them to any needed services. Admission is voluntary.

The service is designed as an alternative to hospitalization, or as a step-down from hospitalization, for individuals who are experiencing serious emotional problems and shorten a person's length of stay in the hospital by providing a transition from inpatient to community treatment. Provides 3-5 hours of recreational and counseling therapy services per day during the stay.
