Provides people experiencing mental health issues several support groups that offer participants the opportunity to use art expression to express feelings, solve problems and build healthy, supportive relationships. Groups are led by volunteers, not mental health professionals.

Visual art techniques are used with a credentialed art therapist in a one-on-one setting to assist childen and young adults in exploring challenges and promoting self-awareness and personal growth.

Provides three different levels of care ranging from minimal to total care. Offers nursing, dietary, and medical care as needed. Also provides recreation therapy and social services. A veteran may be admitted for one to two weeks twice per year.

Provides a team of trained volunteers who can respond to those most immediately affected by disasters, crimes, or tragic death. Examples of such trauma-inducing events would be: Criminal incidents of a nature that affect a specific or entire community like homicide, robbery, missing children. Incidents such as serious automobile accidents, suicides, multiple deaths from any means. Incidents involving natural or manmade disasters such as floods, violent storms, plane crashes, industrial accidents or fires.

Horses move four dimensionally - up and down, side to side, back and forth and through space - all simultaneously. These planes of movement are transferred up from the horse's pelvis to the rider's pelvis and core system. Strengthening these core muscles provide stability in balance, improves breathability, ambulation and digestion.

Provides bereavement groups and workshops that incorporate art to honor and commemorate loved ones and to provide an outlet for expression and relaxation for the bereaved. May include activities such as photo journaling, scrapbooking, and quilting.

Provides outpatient treatment options for people struggling with substance use and mental health disorders (dual diagnosis). They offer programming consisting of PHP, IOP, OP and aftercare services. Licensed counselors meet with clients for individual counseling and group counseling. Case managers meet with clients to assist them with external needs and goals such as housing, food, life skills, employment, etc. Eligible clients can apply for Responsible Living Housing options.

TRI’s HAY program serves AT – RISK youth from 7 years old – 18 years old. This program is developed for those students who have anger issues, low confidence and self-esteem, or other emotional challenges.

Provides a national network of mental health professional volunteers who have agreed to provide an hour a week of free mental health counseling. Availability may vary by area, but counseling can be for: anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, sexual health and intimacy concerns, bereavement counseling, brain injuries, child and adolescent counseling, critical incident stress debriefing, divorce, family issues, gambling addiction, gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender issues, general counseling, marriage counseling, parent education, pastoral counseling, postpartum counseling, sexual assault counseling, sexual/love addiction counseling, substance use disorder counseling.

Provides medication management for mental health, ADHD testing, Autism testing, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, FDA approved Nasal Esketamine, IV Ketamine, Nursing services, and weight loss support services. Safe Zone for LGBTQ+.
