Crisis Response Team | Tri-County Board Of Recovery And Mental Health Services

Provides a team of trained volunteers who can respond to those most immediately affected by disasters, crimes, or tragic death. Examples of such trauma-inducing events would be: Criminal incidents of a nature that affect a specific or entire community like homicide, robbery, missing children. Incidents such as serious automobile accidents, suicides, multiple deaths from any means. Incidents involving natural or manmade disasters such as floods, violent storms, plane crashes, industrial accidents or fires.

Give An Hour | Give An Hour

Provides a national network of mental health professional volunteers who have agreed to provide an hour a week of free mental health counseling. Availability may vary by area, but counseling can be for: anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, sexual health and intimacy concerns, bereavement counseling, brain injuries, child and adolescent counseling, critical incident stress debriefing, divorce, family issues, gambling addiction, gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender issues, general counseling, marriage counseling, parent education, pastoral counseling, postpartum counseling, sexual assault counseling, sexual/love addiction counseling, substance use disorder counseling.

Assist Now | Recovery Resources

Offers employees and their family members access to counseling and referral services. Problems addressed may include marital problems, family concerns, emotional distress or chemical dependency. Provides critical incident stress debriefing and crisis intervention, and counseling for workplace trauma such as death, robbery, suicide, terrorism, accidents, layoffs and natural disasters.
