Prevention program designed to reduce risk factors and enhance protective factors related to alcohol, tobacco and drugs as well as getting along peacefully with others. Five classroom lessons cover goal setting, decision making, communicating, bonding and managing emotions. Students also participate in a community service project. The program runs from September to June.

Outpatient Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Therapy for adults and children as young as 12 years of age. The following illnesses are treated: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder. Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. A treatment plan that addresses individuals needs and symptoms will be developed.

Provides patient-centered substance abuse services through assessments, counseling, and recovery plan focused on drug and/or alcohol recovery. Treatment may include: * Intensive Outpatient Therapy * Medical Assisted Treatment Porgrams * Residential Programs * Peer Support Groups Wrap-around services are also provided to address barriers to treatment. * Services are faith-based and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.

Provides individual and group counseling therapy sessions, case management, and crisis intervention services to help individuals who are dealing with substance use disorders. Also provides medication-assisted treatment services with Suboxone, Bunavail and Vivitrol.

30-unit apartment complex for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Preference is given for homeless individuals, but it is not mandatory for admittance. Each of the Apple Grove buildings has five one-bedroom apartments with a kitchen, bath, and living room/dining room combination. On-site community building provides an indoor recreation area, and ample outdoor space is also available for recreational programs. Community support services are provided to individuals by The Counseling Center.

Offers general counseling services treating psychiatric and/or substance use disorder. In addition, specialty teams are available that treat transitional age youth, individuals experimenting psychosis, individuals who are dually diagnosed, and trauma survivors.
