The large main room can be divided for smaller events. There is access to a caterer’s kitchen equipped with full commercial refrigeration.

Makes available the Lakewood Park Women's Club Pavilion (an indoor facility) and the Lakewood Park Kiwanis Pavilion (an outdoor shelter facility) and Gazebo (an outdoor facility) for use by private groups. Alcoholic beverages and smoking are not allowed.

Assistance with home energy conservation. Will conduct energy inspection of heating appliances and insulation. Provides energy conservation information. Will weatherize home and provide for replacement of furnaces as funding is available. Will not replace roofs.

'Every donation, grant, and gift that the LCCC receives is used to support our platform of fighting isolation, depression, and loneliness --through the backdoor--using quality programming and congregate meals.'This phrase, that I often use when describing the LCCC to those unfamiliar with what we do, emphasizes the fact that everything we do for our Seniors, is done with much planning, careful consideration of social, emotional, and physical impact, and the potential level of joy to be gained from participation. Nothing is scheduled at the LCCC without purpose and reference to our mission. We focus much time and attention to lifelong learning and foster choice by offering our Seniors many avenues to explore. Seniors find five types of dance, six formats of fitness classes, art classes, educational speakers, delicious homemade meals, a hiking club, concerts, and much more. We are "not just a place to go, but a place to belong!"

Amenities may include table/chair set-up. All catering must be done by the campus food service dept. Audio-visual equipment is also available.

COVID-19 Temporary Message: Country Neighbor will do grocery shopping for seniors 60+ who live in South County Ashtabula. You would still have to pay for your groceries, but they will do the shopping and delivery for you. Those interested should call them and ask for Gale.
