A crisis/hotline that provides crisis management and access to emergency mental health and chemical dependency evaluation services during times of disaster and emergencies as declared by local or Federal EMA's.

Assists individuals who have had a single-family disaster with emergency food, clothing, shelter, medical care and supplies. Also assists individuals and communities affected by a major disaster such as flooding, tornado or man-made disasters. Services include opening shelters, providing meals and drinks and fulfilling emergency needs.
