Engages youth and adults by providing access to a variety of cycling events, activities, and rides. Provides access to shareable bikes at through various partners at community events.

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is a federally funded program to assist job seekers to find employment by improving their education and job skills. This program also serves to connect employers with "Ready-to-Work" employees to fill their job vacancies.

Offers a coordinated specialty care program for individuals age 10 to 25 at clinical high-risk for psychosis.

Provides day camps to engage children and youth in acting, improvisation, dance, singing, design, staging, auditioning, and technical theater.

Case management that help create a plan for future success for those ages 16-24. Employment services included job training, job searching, application assistance and interview prep. Can assist with securing child care, getting back to school or earning a diploma and other case management supports.

Year around workforce training program in partnership with Franklin County Department of Jobs and Family Services and Ohio Means Jobs designed for young people who want to return to school or the workforce after a lapse in school work or employment. Learning tracks include allied health care, culinary arts, hospitality service and information technology. Training includes paid work experience ($10 an hour), paid certifications, work readiness, computer and financial literacy, life skills and employability.

Offers an after school work readiness program designed to assist high school students through graduation and during their transition from school to work. Prepares and motivates students to acquire life survival skills and to develop a sense of self-worth. Follows up with 12 months of career counseling to ensure job retention and a successful transition into the workforce.

Mental health recovery support group for young adults ages 18-30

Provides child psychiatrists, certified nurse specialists and registered nurses who offer a full array of comprehensive, integrated psychiatric services for children and adolescents, including psychopharmacologic medications.

Offers a homeless drop in center for youth with emergency food, clothing, counseling, shower, laundry facilities, and computer access. Assists youth to move from homelessness and into a more stable living environment by providing additional resources.

Maintains guides and information about community resources that are appropriate for families and professionals to promote the well-being of children and young adults prenatal to age 25. Online database contains information about resources and organizations targeted to children and youth.

Offers a holistic approach to job training, job placement and job retention. Assists those living in poverty to reduce their individual barriers to employment. Provides employees to local businesses.

Pairs young adults with individual mentors to further develop career development and job seeking skills.

Offers daily workforce development workshops. Includes topics on conflict management, conflict resolution, resume creation, and so forth.

Provides a selection of interactive and transformative workshops geared towards self-management, life purpose, self-actualization, arts and culture, and career exploration.

The purpose of the apartments is to provide one-bedroom, single occupancy apartments for individuals that are either aging out of foster placement, coming out of residential placement, Department of Youth Services, some place where they have not had the ability to learn independent living skills. Individuals will live here, the staff will work with them on how to balance a checkbook, how to shop, how to cook, find a job, getting enrolled in school, things that most of us learn as we were growing up. All of the rooms are furnished.

Offers a program to help eligible youth get trained for a job that leads to a career and helps them find a job. Provides education and career training in manufacturing, health care or information technology. The training will be coupled with personal and employment counseling to those low-income students who face barriers to career development. Some of the programs students may enroll in through the Success Corps Scholars program include emergency medical technician, medical coding, medical assisting, electronics fabrication, entry-level machining technician, computer diagnostics, computer networking, digital forensics and Google IT support professional. Students who are accepted into this program are eligible for: - Career technical training. - Dedicated personal and career counselor. - Dedicated employment counselor. - Free tuition for those who qualify. - A laptop and Wi-Fi, if needed. - Transportation assistance. - Access to resources and services to assist in the transition into the workforce.

Provides crisis de-escalation, immediate response, and wraparound stabilization services for up to 42 days following a crisis involving a youth age 20 and under.

Offers daytime access to meals, toiletries, showers, and laundry facilities at no cost for young adults experiencing homelessness. Visitors also have access to basic health care and first aid services, and assistance from a social service coordinator.

Designs and personalizes free custom-made human hair wigs and head coverings for children and young adults who are living with an illness that causes hair loss.

- Provides thorough and comprehensive evaluations for a wide array of problems that may be experienced by children and their families. - Includes, but is not limited to: depression, Bipolar Disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, behavior problems, ADHD, learning and/or cognitive problems, developmental delays, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. - Seeks gaining a better understanding of a child’s specific struggles, findings are documented in a report, including extensive recommendations, that is reviewed with the family.

Trauma Focused Day treatment integrates mental health and educational interventions. - Provides a continuum of services designed to assess, treat, and reduce severe emotional and/or behavioral disturbances in youth who have experienced trauma.

Provides outpatient behavioral health diagnostic assessments and treatment. Counselors and clients work together to develop and recommend the most appropriate course of treatment.
