Offers support and educational information for deaf persons and interested hearing people.
DCRC provides vocational support services in a variety of ways. For those enrolled in OOD, DCRC can provide skills training to help get a job or a better job. Consumers can learn how to write an effective resume, fill out applications, and practice interview skills. DCRC will advocate for support services and teach consumers to advocate for their needs. Once the consumer has a job, DCRC can provide on-the-job support through the training and orientation period. DCRC also has general educational workshops related to vocational development open to all.

Aims to assist Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing people and their families in becoming fully participating members of the community. Supports the full inclusion for people who are Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing in all community activities and works to help affected people understand their rights.
Interpreting services are available from hourly, daily or ongoing appointments to individuals with hearing loss in need of sign language, manual and tactile communication. Services are available 24/7 365 days per week. Foreign language translation services are available in Central Ohio. Video interpretation also available.
Designed to work with consumers on problem-solving their daily living issues in order to maintain independence. Support services include English to ASL letter translation, form assistance, telephone assistance, literacy assistance, and providing information and resources for community services.
