Offers emergency leave verification and basic information and referral. Provides access to emergency funds available through the various military aid societies (Army Emergency Relief, Navy Marine Corps Relief Society, Air Force Aid Society, and the Coast Guard Mutual Assistance). The funds can be used for a variety of purposes such as medical care, car repair, emergency travel and utility bill payment assistance. Assistance may come in the form of an interest free loan, a direct grant, or some combination of the two.
