Girls Scouts provides opportunities for girls to get the experiences and tools they need to be successful leaders now and throughout their lives. The Girl Scout Leadership Experience engages girls in descovering themselves, connecting with others, and taking action to make the world a better place.

Groups include Anger Management, AOD (alcohol or drugs), AOD Residential Aftercare, Caregiver / Parent Support, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) for Youth & Caregivers, Girls Empowerment Group for Survivors of Trauma for Youth & Caregivers, Lasting Solutions for Everyday Problems (Family Conflict & Problem Solving), LGBTQ, Managing Feelings & Making Friends and Teen Social Skills.

GHRO Your Future is a life-skills development and mentoring program designed for girls ages 12-18, that runs annually from September-May. Each participant is matched with a strong female leader from the community for monthly check-ins to discuss personal goals and ambitions, while providing social and emotional support. In bi-weekly workshops, participants engage in academic support, career exploration, high school and workforce readiness, leadership development, mental and physical wellness, and confidence building.
Providing an after school enrichment program to empower young women through social and emotional support, leadership skills, academic success, and community engagement. Offers group and individual empowerment sessions to build confidence, gain new skills, and connect with others.
Works to build leadership skills in young women. Participants gather for training sessions and panel discussions covering topics such as leadership development, social justice and positive self-image.
Afterschool program for middle school girls, with focus on healthy habits and relationships. In addition to weekly program day, participants have the option for group exercise at the YMCA one day a week.

Troops meet throughout the year at various locations to provide a variety of skill development and educational activities. Programs focus on prevention, leadership development and problem solving skills, self-esteem, career exploration, safety, community service, math and science, environmental conservation, sports and camping.

Chica Sports & Fitness (CS&F) is a summer wellness and leadership development program designed for girls ages 12-18. Through wellness exploration, organized sports, and life-skills development activities, adolescent girls are equipped with the skills they need to lead healthy lives, plan for the future, and become leaders in their schools and communities. CS&F runs from May-August with various service dates and times.
