Faith Mission's Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) helps and supports low-income veterans who are either at risk or homeless. This program focuses on preventing homelessness and ensures housing stability for veterans and their families within the community.

Provides community outreach, medical and psychiatric screening, transitional housing assistance, residential treatment, supported employment and vocational counseling for homeless veterans. Permanent supportive housing offered. Offers the HUD-VA Supportive Housing Program which provides permanent housing and ongoing case management treatment services for homeless veterans.
