Publishes a periodic newspaper containing articles, poems, and editorials regarding issues of homelessness. The newspaper helps to educate the public about homelessness, and also provides job opportunities for people to return to the workforce by buying the papers for a low price and reselling them to the public. The vendors receive training, including being informed of city ordinances regarding selling, are in some cases assigned shifts at major distribution points, and have the opportunity to publish experiences of being without housing.

Provides housing navigation and supportive services for youth and young adults who are experiencing homelessness. Participants in the program will be assigned to a Navigator that will assist them in finding stable housing as well as aiding, supporting, and linking them to other community resources based upon their individual needs. Navigators can meet with youth and young adults at locations convenient to them on either the East or West side of Cleveland.

Provides 10 homeless shelter/transitional housing beds for Geauga County residents only. Also provides case management services to young adults. Clients will be paired with a trained case manager who will help develop a personalized case plan to foster independence. Participants will learn skills such as financial planning, job readiness, study skills, time management, goal-setting, problem-solving and critical thinking. Clients may access case management services even if they are not using the housing portion of this program.

Works to coordinate planning to address the problem of homelessness, and studies proposed solutions, including recommendations of outreach workers and the homeless themselves. Available to make presentations to community groups regarding homelessness, often with a homeless or formerly homeless person participating in the presentation. Hosts regular meetings with homeless people to inform advocacy position. Publishes regular updates on public policy issues.

Takes reports of where homeless people are and then goes out to that location to help them find needed services such as shelter and treatment. This is not an emergency service. Does not handle reports of violent or criminal activity.
