COTA Mainstream offers origin-to-destination rides for people whose functional limitations prevent them from riding COTA’s fixed route buses. Eligible riders can choose from two Mainstream options: Mainstream service – Reserve your shared-ride trip through the COTA Reservations Department phone line, email, or fax line. Mainstream on-demand service (powered by UZURV) – Call the UZURV Call Center to reserve private, accessible, same-day, non-stop, door-to-door service.

Offers assessment and counseling services to children with emotional, learning and developmental problems as well as severe mental illness. Provides medication monitoring for appropriate pharmaceutical treatments at some sites. Does psychological testing at some sites also. Services include Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (Case Management) Counseling/Psychotherapy Mental Health Assessment (Diagnostic Assessment) Pharmacological Management Prevention and Consultation Services Psychiatric Interview.

A voluntary, 24-hour crisis intervention service that empowers youth to make responsible decisions when faced with difficult situations. Licensed and dedicated crisis counselors work with youth and their families to provide crisis intervention, while developing a plan for reconciliation. The average length of stay is three to five days.

Makes computers, printers and other electronic equipment available for public use, primarily for word processing, spread sheets and other document development applications.

Responds to reports of improper facility maintenance of appliances and essential services such as heat, water, ventilation, plumbing, structural integrity, etc. Also responds to reports of pest infestations, mold, and other potential health hazards. Reports may require an in-person building health inspection.

Offers a variety of durable medical equipment on loan from one day up to three months if need be. Those who borrow the equipment are asked to sign a waiver form, which is provided. There is no charge but donations are welcome. Provides supplemental food card that includes staple foods, fruits and vegetables; nutrition education; breastfeeding education; support and counseling; and referral services to eligible women and children. During the summer also provides a one-time $30 supplemental voucher to a limited number of participants for fruits and vegetables from selected local growers (Farmers' Market Nutrition Program), available while supplies last. Also offers speakers who discuss the program and the value of good nutrition.
