Provides short-term care for children and adolescents who are at risk of harming themselves or others, who are experiencing acute thought difficulties or who are in need of detoxification from illicit substances. Partial hospitalization provides sessions that allow children and adolescents with various diagnoses to obtain education and treatment for mental conditions and substance abuse. This program is also used to help in the transition from inpatient care or when 24-hour supervision is not required.

Provides assistance with gaining access to public housing for eligible individuals. Service includes filing proper forms, guidance on gathering accompanying documents, and submission of completed applications for public housing.

Provides informational brochures, booklets, products and website resources regarding mental health. Also provides an online mental health screening and following the screening one will be provided with information, resources and tools to discuss the results with a mental health provider (note: a provider will most likely conduct their own screening/assessment.)

Provides assessments, outpatient treatment, and individual counseling for those with substance use disorder (alcohol and narcotics). Helps clients understand the nature of the user's dependency and supports efforts toward recovery. Makes referrals to residential treatment facilities if necessary.

Provides a phone line for residents of the Village of Lakemore to report damage to their homes, businesses, or other private property due to flooding or other severe storm damage. Collects damage reports to provide to Summit County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) in the event a state of emergency is declared by the EMA. A declaration of a state of emergency does not guarantee that any emergency funds will come from the State or Federal Governments, but this is the first step in the eligibility process. Affected area will then be reviewed and the information will be provided to the Ohio Emergency Management Agency.
