- Job Coaching: A job coach works with your new employee while they are leaning skills necessary to maintain their job. The Job Coach also assists your new employee in developing skills necessary to become independent in his/her job.
- Support/Services: Support Services assist your new employee with the supports he/she may need in order to be successful in their new position. Since each new employee’s needs are different, support services are tailored to meet each individual’s specific needs.

One-time payment assistance of up to $175. You do not have to be enrolled in PIPP to be eligible for the Summer Crisis Program. You do not need a disconnection notice to be eligible for the program. An additional benefit can also be given for households with a member who has a medical condition that would benefit from an air conditioner: One air conditioning unit per household (for households that have not received an air conditioning unit in the last 3 years). For assistance with an air conditioner, household must have a member with a breathing problem and a prescription from a doctor certifying the condition.
