Provides recreational, physical fitness, arts, and structured educational programming for residents, using neighborhood school facilities. Programs may include use of gymnasium, swimming pool, track, instruction in sports, arts and crafts, games, and drill teams. Computer classes are available at one site, and computers are available to use at two sites. Participants typically help to determine programming for each site. Programs are often staffed by school personnel.

Offers emergency communication services for active duty military personnel and their families; will communicate family messages such as births, serious illness and death. Provides financial assistance for the military, veterans and their families. Offers support and counseling services.

Maintains all storm and sanitary sewers for the City of Strongsville. In case of basement flooding, will send an inspector to the site to determine if blockage or break is in the main sewer line (for example, the storm sewer in the street) or on private property (from the curb to the house). Can only address issues with publicly owned sewer line. The sewer line from the curb to the house is the homeowner's responsibility.

Round trip coverage for covered services 30+ miles away. Offers up to 30 round-trip visits (60 one-way trips) per member per 12- month period to covered healthcare/dental appointments, WIC appointments, and redetermination appointments with a county caseworker.

Free meals are available Mondays through Fridays after school for youth at select Library locations. Participants must eat their meals at the library.

Will provide funds to help pay the health care expenses of people who are unable to obtain necessary care without assistance. Funds will help clients pay for spend-downs and co-pays, client must provide documentation and medical bills. Will also assist with prescriptions as long as a lower-end pharmacy is chosen (Wal-Mart, Shriver's, Kroger) Assistance is also available for dental expenses. Pain medications, anti-depressants and/or muscle relaxers do not quailify for funds. Assistance is available one time per year and income guidelines will apply.
