Counselors are HUD certified and can act as a third party if the client needs to contact their loan servicer. Provides influenza vaccine according to the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), flu shots will be available when the vaccine arrives (usually in September of each year). Flu shots are given in the clinic on a daily basis. Special evening hours are observed to assist those persons unable to visit the clinic during regular business hours. Pneumonia shots are given daily at the clinic. Patients can receive 2 Pneumovax-23 shots in a lifetime, at least 5 years apart. However, if a patient receives their first Pneumovax-23 shot after the age of 65, they do not always require a second one. Rambo Memorial Health Center also provides the Prevnar-13 injection that is given to adults once in their lifetime. It must be separated from Pneumovax-23 by one year. Prescription is required for both Pneumovax-23 and Prevnar-13 injections.
