Provides a drop off bin location for unused, unwanted, or expired prescription drugs. Secure drug collection receptacles have been placed in the main lobbies of Ontario Hospital, Bucyrus Hospital, Galion Hospital, and inside the east entrance of Ontario South Campus, next to the Walk-In Clinic and Pharmacy. Items accepted include prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, and veterinary medications. Liquid medications must be sealed in containers. DOES NOT accept needles, inhalers, or hazardous materials.

It is the goal of the Emergency Department to assess, stabilize and treat patients quickly and effectively. Board-certified emergency physicians, highly skilled nurses and technicians staff the Emergency Department. The professional staff is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and many are also certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

One program is called Triple P (The Positive Parenting Program) which offers basic information on parenting strategies through seminars, discussion groups, and parent groups. If the parent requires more intensive help, this agency offers a program called "In Home Parenting" which focuses on child development and one-on-one support for both the child and the parent. Most services are one-on-one with the client, however, the agency may offer group classes from time to time.
