Provides hearing for small claim cases less than $6,000 and requires parties to the action to present their own cases.

Provides daytime access to heated facilities during times of extreme cold. People utilizing the warming center should expect a room with access to restrooms, chairs and possibly tables. There are no beds, dedicated sleeping areas, or food preparation areas. These facilities are only intended to be utilized as warming centers.
