Offers one-on-one counseling with a clinical pharmacist or pharmacy intern/resident for medication therapy management or disease state management. Incldues a comprehensive review of a patient's medications. The pharmacist will consider cost, effectiveness, safety, medical need and adherence for each medication. Recommendations for medication changes will be discussed with the primary care provider. Patients will receive education about their medications, including reasons for taking the medications, how to take the medication, possible side effects and monitoring for effectiveness and safety.

• Evictions and termination from subsidized housing programs;
• Rent related matters or issues involving tenant groups;
• Denial of applications for subsidized housing that are based on prior criminal history;
• Claims for money damages related to tenancy.

In all housing cases, applicant must apply for service and deliver papers to Legal Aid at least eight (8) days prior to hearing.

Contacts deployed military personnel on behalf of families experiencing an event which requires an urgent communication such as a death, illness, or birth of a child. Offers emergency leave verification and basic information and referral. Provides access to emergency funds available through the various military aid societies (Army Emergency Relief, Navy Marine Corps Relief Society, Air Force Aid Society, and the Coast Guard Mutual Assistance). The funds can be used for a variety of purposes such as medical care, car repair, emergency travel and utility bill payment assistance. Assistance may come in the form of an interest free loan, a direct grant, or some combination of the two.

The Probate Court is established in each county of Ohio and has exclusive jurisdiction to oversee the administration of an estate of a decedent who was a legal resident of that particular county at his or her date of death. The Probate Court also has exclusive jurisdiction over the issuance of marriage licenses, adoptions, guardianship proceedings, adult protective service cases, and the involuntary commitment of the mentally ill, and is also responsible for various county appointments.

Provides financial incentive program for families who are working and has a closed Ohio Works First (OWF) case. May receive up to $1,000 over a nine month period. To be eligible, must have been a member of an OWF case in which someone was working when the OWF case was closed; working an average 25 hours a week or be making $128.75 a week (before taxes); have kept address updated with DJFS; must apply no later than two months after OWF case was closed. Provides probation for youth who are found to be delinquent but are not placed in a residential facility. Offers probationers case management and referrals to needed supportive services such as drug treatment and mental health services. Makes investigations in order to prepare dispositional reports. In some cases, may arrange for community service when mandated by the court; in cases where the community service is not arranged, will provide information on how to fullfill those requirements.

Areas covered include employees rights, minimum wage, overtime pay, wage garnishments, and hours allowed under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FSLA); also covers some worker's compensation provisions including those covering longshore and harbor workers, some transportation workers, energy employees, Federal employees, and Black Lung benefits.
