Seeking persons to volunteer as tax counselors for Muskingum, Perry, and Morgan county clinics. Counselors are also asked to volunteer for one clinic per week, or three hours per week from the end of January to the end of March.
Training:
Provided free of charge by our trained Clinic Coordinator and is completed in one of our clinic sites. Training's will be held Mid- January and an at home study and practice is available once the training is completed.
Liability:
Volunteers are not held liable for someone else’s tax return. It is the client’s responsibility to make
sure the information provided is accurate and complete. Clients are required to sign a release form
at the beginning of the session. Volunteers do not sign completed tax forms.

Ohio households, serviced by a Public Utilities Commission of Ohio-regulated utility, must sign up for the Percentage of Income Payment Plan Plus (PIPP) or another payment plan in order to receive emergency benefits.
