MEOAG Inc. is involved as owner/general partner of 353 units of affordable housing in Muskingum County, including Eagle View Apartments, Frank Cook Senior Apartments, Troon Crossing, Falls Manor, Valley View, Fairway Vista and Zanesville Homes. Many of these properties are funded using Low Income Housing Tax credits (LIHTC) and HOME funds. These affordable housing developments operate with rent restrictions and require the families to meet certain income or age requirements to live there.

The Pickaway Metropolitan Housing Authority accepts applications for Section 8 Housing vouchers when the applicant is a spouse of a U.S. military veteran, spouse or widow (not divorced) of a veteran and the veteran meets VA qualifying criteria. Veterans must complete a paper application when the waiting list is closed to online applications. DD214 or other VA documentation must be submitted to qualify for placement on the HCV waiting list. Veterans receive preference on these waiting lists. All applications are placed on the waiting list by date and time of application, with veterans placed above non-veterans according to the date and time of the veteran application.
