Cardington Manor offers income based housing.

Offers income-based, single-occupancy apartments. Residents also have access to on-site case management, counseling, group therapy, stabilization services, and community engagement programming and activities.

Provides monthly rent payment assistance for up to 24 months to households with a desire to rent from a private landlord or rental agency.

The Section 8 HUD Tenant Based Assistance Program provides rental assistance and utility support to low income families on behalf of the City of Marietta as the Public Housing Agency. The program assures low income families have decent and affordable housing and, through case management, assists families to obtain services aimed at self- sufficiency.

The Assisted Housing Program provides low cost housing to families that include individuals with disabilities on behalf of the Boards of Developmental Disabilities in both Washington and Morgan Counties. This program assures decent, safe and sanitary housing to clients with disabilities.

Two and three bedroom apartments. Rent is based on a percentage of gross monthly income.

Provides assistance in the form of vouchers that enable income-eligible families to find and lease approved privately owned housing where the landlord has agreed to enter into a contract with the housing authority and/or finance agency. Tenant-based assistance provides rental subsidies that move with a household into any qualifying housing within a certain area.

The Crawford Metropolitan Housing Authority provides applications for Section 8 Housing Vouchers for eligible families.

Staunton Commons ll offers subsidized housing for individuals age 62 and older or living with disabilities regardless of age.

Program offers a wide variety of housing opportunities for residents in the Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland service area and aims to make every effort to provide decent, safe, affordable housing. Rental units and affordable home ownership are two major programs offered.

A HUD program serving low income families with a rent subsidy Housing Choice Voucher program (HCV)

PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING provides independent, safe, affordable, permanent housing through HUD subsidies based on income for persons (adults and families) with severe mental illness who have become literally homeless.

Morris House offers one bedroom units for older adults.

One and two bedroom apartment homes, 25 units are subsidized based on income, 23 units are market rate. Trash, water, and sewer are included in the rent. No pets allowed.

Provides rental subsidies to enable persons with disabilities to afford to rent private housing of their choice. Those who are accepted will also receive housing counseling and search assistance, landlord/tenant mediation, and technical assistance to landlords for accessibility modifications.

30-unit apartment complex for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Preference is given for homeless individuals, but it is not mandatory for admittance. Each of the Apple Grove buildings has five one-bedroom apartments with a kitchen, bath, and living room/dining room combination. On-site community building provides an indoor recreation area, and ample outdoor space is also available for recreational programs. Community support services are provided to individuals by The Counseling Center.

Provides voucher-based rental assistance to low-income residents of Wayne, Holmes, and Ashland counties.

Provides shared rental housing housing for mental health consumers. There are three separate properties: Third Project is for families, Wieder-Silver Manor is for roommates, and Franklin Apartments are single apartments.

Offers housing developments that are owned and managed by the local housing authority and rented to income and program eligible individuals and families, including older adults and people with disabilities. The units are governed by federal regulations which determine the application process, eligibility requirements, and tenant payment and lease obligations.

Offers privately owned rental housing that is made available to low-income individuals, families, and older adults at reduced rates.

Del-Mor Dwellings provides housing opportunities for individuals with psychiatric disabilities.

Community psychiatric supportive treatment. Provides intensive case management to severely mentally disabled clients and provides after hours emergency crisis intervention for their clients. Behavioral health assessment, counseling and therapy, medication management.
