Make sure all questions and sections are completed and anything that does not apply to you is marked “N/A”. Incomplete applications will not placed on the waiting list. The application can be completed on-line via the PMHA website. Applicants should make sure their address is correct on the online pre-application and if it isn't, contact PMHA to correct it. Mansfield Metropolitan Housing Authority, City of Mansfield will close the Housing Choice Voucher waiting list until further notice in accordance with CFR 982.206.
