Participating families can use their vouchers to rent a house or apartment from private property owners throughout Hancock, Hardin, Wyandot or Putnam counties.

HCV Programs are funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and administered by public housing agencies throughout the country. The Knox Metropolitan Housing Authority (KMHA) administers the HCVP Program in Knox County.
