Provides protective services for residents and businesses of Olmsted Falls. Includes maintaining city records and files, child finger printing and assistance in filing a missing persons report.

Provides a number of programs to benefit and protect the community. Programs include seatbelt safety, drug and alcohol prevention, sexual predators,computer safety, identity theft, seniors fraud prevention, crime prevention and vacation security checks of outside of residents property.

Provides a periodic program which photographs and fingerprints children for identification purposes. Also takes a DNA sample. The results are compiled into a booklet which is given to the parents for their records.

Offers a variety of youth programming to promote self esteem, foster problem solving skills, increase academic achievement, and prevent drug abuse. Aiming High is an afterschool program for children age six through 12; Coalition for Academic and Personal Excellence (C.A.P.E.) is for youth age 12 to 17 years. The Male Academy for Traditional Conduct and Honor (M.A.T.C.H.) is for young males and promotes cultural awareness, positive self-esteem, self-reliance and interdependence, and critical thinking skills.

Offers information on common scams and crimes and tips to help prevent becoming a victim; online and offline dangers and how to report child abductions and sexual exploitation; and preventing internet-enabled crimes and cyber intrusions.

Provides justice system advocacy, support and information for victims of felony level crimes. Offers victims and witnesses advocates who facilitate interactions between the client and law enforcement officers and other court personnel. Victim advocates accompany victims to court and assist in the completion of victim impact statements and requests for victim notification.

Provides a series of classes on Bureau operations and jurisdiction for interested adults. Each class is limited to 20 participants.

Handles reports of harmful or potentially harmful issues or events that would affect students and schools in the Parma City School District. Calls are confidential and callers may remain anonymous.

Crime Victim Support program provides advocacy, education, and information to assists individuals who have been affected by a crime or crisis.

Provides an official identity theft report to consumers that may be used as proof of stolen identity. Also provides a recovery plan, which offers guidance and steps to take after personal information has been compromised.

Offers an anonymous hotline to report concerns over bullying, behaviors and threats to property or individuals, bomb threats, and other concerns for safety and well-being.

Provides crime prevention services for the City of Warrensville Heights. Services include crime prevention information, security evaluations and vacation security checks. Also provides a special officer to deal with the concerns of senior citizens.

Receives information from the public about felony crimes. Information can be given anonymously. There may be cash rewards for information leading to arrest and indictment. Information regarding crimes in other jurisdictions will be forwarded to the appropriate offices elsewhere.

Offers intervention for youth who are fire-starters or believed to be fire-starters. Seeks to prevent future fires by helping youth understand the consequences of their actions. Requires the participation of parents.

This includes situations such as concealing work while receiving disability benefits, receiving benefits for a child no longer in their care and failing to notify SSA of the death of a beneficiary and continuing to use the cash benefits of deceased.

Provides a variety of classes and activities designed to enrich members' information and to develop skills in selected areas of interest, including dancing (line dance, hip hop, and ballet), acting instruction, art classes, yoga, self-defense, and karate. Child care is offered on site during many classes.

Provides support and assistance in the hospital emergency room to victims of rape, incest, and sexual assault as well as the families of those assaulted. Volunteers meet survivors at the hospital and stay with the victim through the physical exam and the police report. Volunteers bring a kit for survivor, which includes clothes.

Conducts overt and covert drug investigations in Wayne County targeting drug traffickers impacting our communities. Partners with prevention specialists to provide drug prevention education and deflection strategies.

Group mentoring at local schools. Individual mentoring for youth with mild to moderate behavioral issues. Wraparound and/or Intensive Service Coordination for youth with moderate to severe behavioral issues with risk of out of home placement.
