Aiming High is an after school program for children age six through 12; Coalition for Academic and Personal Excellence (C.A.P.E.) is for youth age 12 to 17 years. Can answer questions regarding custody, criminal charges, protection orders, dissolution and divorce, and property issues. Advocates may attend legal and court appointments with the victim as requested. Advocates are NOT attorneys, but can assist with filing for Victim Compensation as well as provide screenings and referrals for legal aid.

Provides a hotline that the public can use to report, usually anonymously, individuals or businesses that have failed to file taxes or have intentionally submitted inaccurate or incomplete information.

Programs include Medicare, Medicaid, Head Start, Services for Native Americans, health care equipment providers, institutional health caregivers, and grant and contracts. Acts as a missing persons clearinghouse for the State of Ohio. Assists in the search of missing persons by accepting reports of sightings of missing persons. Works with other government offices and the media to develop and maintain a plan for issuing missing person reports. Calls to report missing persons should be directed towards local law enforcement agencies. Callers can also contact the Missing Childrens Clearinghouse to report missing children but should first call local law enforcement.
